  3. Surrounding/Environment: This factor happens when you lack exercise or physical activities, or even poor diet may contribute. Also being obese is said to increase your chances of having hypertension.
  • Secondary types of hypertension

This type of High blood pressure HBP is sort of rare but very deadly, it takes place quickly without any warning. Factors that contribute to this type includes:

  1. Excessive intake of alcohol
  2. thyroid problems
  3. kidney disease
  4. Congenital heart defects
  • Malignant types of Hypertension
